These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Hypercreative website and any related pages, content, and forms made available through it. The website is operated by Stormridge LLC, under the brand Hypercreative ("Hypercreative", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Who we are
Stormridge LLC, under the Hypercreative brand, trains creativity for the leadership and teams of large companies. We work method first. The website exists to explain what we do, present the Hypercreative Method, and let qualified organisations get in touch with us. It is not a place to buy a product on the spot.
Acceptance
You accept these Terms when you use the website. If you use the website on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company, and these Terms apply to it as well as to you.
What the website is for
The website is an informational and contact channel. It describes our method, our point of view on creativity as a trainable business asset, and the formats we run. Nothing on the website is an offer, a quote, or a binding commitment to provide services. Any engagement is agreed separately and in writing.
Eligibility
The website is intended for professional use by adults acting in a business capacity. You must be at least 18 years old to use it. We do not direct the website at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may suspend or block access to anyone who breaches these Terms, without notice.

This includes the name Hypercreative, the term Hypercreativity, the Hypercreative Method, the brand signature "Creativity under pressure", all text, design, structure, graphics, and other materials, together with the underlying methodology, frameworks, and proprietary techniques presented or referenced on the website.
These are protected by intellectual property law. You may view the website and print or download pages for your own internal, non-commercial reference. You may not use our materials to build, market, or deliver a competing training offer, and you may not present our method or any part of it as your own. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Method and content
The Hypercreative Method, its principles, its techniques, and the way we run sessions are our proprietary work. Describing them on the website does not place them in the public domain and does not grant you any licence to teach, reproduce, or commercialise them.

Your dealings with any third party are between you and that third party.
No professional advice
The website shares our thinking on creativity, leadership, and how teams perform under pressure. It is general information, not advice for your specific situation. Decisions you make based on the website are your own. For guidance tailored to your organisation, talk to us through the contact form so we can scope it properly.
